Illuminated pushbutton switch assures long life & reliability
Available with red, green, yellow, blue and white LED colors, the AD Series from CIT Relay & Switch is their latest illuminated pushbutton switch. The switch is available with a long travel of 4.5mm (standard) for AD01 or shorter travel of 3.5mm on the AD02, with an actuation force of 250 +/- 50gF.
The switch is offered with contacts with gold plating to assure high reliability and long life of 5,000,000 operations typically. Designers have the option of 6 bicolor LEDs and custom RGB LEDs, which provide unlimited color combinations. Compact design with numerous combinations of diffuser, semi-transparent and transparent cap options offer design flexibility in applications. Pad printing and laser etching colors and styles make this a versatile switch for designers. Common applications for the AD Series pushbutton switches include broadcasting and audio video equipment.
The switch starts at $3.37, dependent upon options and volume. CIT Relay & Switch lead time is six to eight weeks.
