High Security Lock Switch

Manufactured at Lorlin’s own factory in the UK the DSL-SR lock switch is a rugged design, simple to mount and RoHS compliant and is mounted to the panel from the front. The high security key is a dimpled design, which operates a 6-pin lock with a 90° movement and the key may be inserted into the lock either way up.

Over 15,000 key combinations are available with options of all different keys or common “pass” keys for applications requiring single key control of multiple secure systems by supervisors or service engineers.



The DSL-SR lock switch is rated at 115VAC/5A and 30VDC/3A over an operating life of >10,000 cycles. The 2 pole change over micro-switch has an operating temperature range of –25 to +85°C and is flame retardant to UL94 V0. Connection is made via plated brass solder terminals. The lock housing is brass and may be supplied bright chrome or nickel-plated with a parallel-sided lock head.
