Whilst compact, they retain high build quality and durability, offering a lifetime of 50 million cycles and 200,000 cycles at full resistive AC load. Manufactured using spot-welding technology, the RJ relays have no need for internal jumper wires or solder joints. Their new return spring design is said to outperform competitors and has a contact rating of up to 16A. Correlating sockets include multiple features for ease of use and can be DIN rail, panel, or PCB-mounted. The blade model has an optional green, non-polarised LED with Idec’s unique light guide.
