Aluminium polymer capacitors feature conductive technology
Vishay Intertechnology has introduced two series of aluminium polymer capacitors featuring conductive technology. For portable electronics, consumer and telecomms applications, the 180 CPS and 181 CPL series devices provide higher ripple current, lower impedance and longer useful life than standard aluminium capacitors.
Offered in a variety of case sizes from 5.3x5.3x5.7 to 10.4x10.4x12.6mm, 180 CPS and 181 CPL series capacitors offer long useful life of 2,500 and 5,000h at +105°C, respectively. The devices deliver ripple current to 6,100mA and impedance down to 9mΩ.
The RoHS-compliant, surface-mount capacitors can support automatic placement and high-temperature reflow soldering according to JEDEC.
Samples and production quantities of the 180 CPS and 181 CPL series are available now, with lead times of 8-10 weeks for large orders.
