Whether you have a burning question you’ve been meaning to ask, or just want a refresher on how to measure your laser or LED, you won’t want to miss Ophir Photonics' Laser & LED Power Meters webinar. On Wednesday 15^th April, Ophir will host its first ever live Q&A session - an exciting concept for the company. The panel is introduced below:

Mark Slutzki, Product Manager and resident Webinar-master will moderate the questions. Mark has been at Ophir Photonics since 2004, after holding similar positions in the semiconductor and telecomms industries. Mark did military service as a research physicist working on special projects in the Israeli Air Force.

Two Ophir Photonics experts will be on-hand to field your laser measurement questions: Ephraim Greenfield and Efi Rotem.

Dr. Ephraim Greenfield is the CTO and co-founder of Ophir Photonics, boasting a Masters’ in Physics from the University of Chicago and PhD from Hebrew University. With over 40 years of experience with lasers, and almost 40 years since Ophir Photonics began, you could say that Ephraim knows what he’s talking about.

Dr. Efi Rotem is the LED project manager in Ophir Photonics, leading all LED-related developments. Efi has a PhD from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, and did his post-doc on Silicon nanophotonics at Brown University. If you have any questions about measuring LED power or irradiance, he will be happy to assist.
