65W LED power supply for international operation

Featuring constant voltage and constant current modes, the HVG-65 series offers low voltage output of 54VDC (Max.), while the HVGC-65 series offers high voltage output of 186VDC (Max.). Built-in two-stage PFC function, both series meet the harmonic current limitation per EN61000-3-2 Class C (>60% load), fulfill PF>0.9 if loading over 60% (>70% load under 480VAC), and possess 4KV surge immunity to EN61000-4-5 in order to comply with the requirements of the lighting industry.

The HVG(C)-65 series is available in three options (A/B/D type) in different mechanisms and functions. In A type models of the HVG-65 series, removing the rubber stopper on the cover enables users to adjust DC current range from 60% to 100% and output voltage ±10%. In A type models of the HVGC-65 series, users can adjust DC current range from 60% to 100%. B type models feature three-in-one dimming functions (0~10VDC, PWM, resistance) while D type models (optional) are equipped with “multiple stage timer dimming” function that can be customised on request.

Featuring high efficiency of up to 90.5%, these new LED power supplies can be cooled by free air convection from -40°C to +70°C ambient temperature. Offered with dimensions of 189.0 mm x 61.5 mm x 36.8 mm, the new series are supplied in an aluminium case fully potted by glue to offer IP65/IP67 protection. Offering short circuit, over voltage, overload, and over temperature protections, the HVG-65 series features UL/CUL/FCC global certificates; while the HVGC-65 series features UL/CUL/ENEC/CB/FCC/CE global certificates, including UL8750, ENEC EN61347-2-13 and EN62384 lighting regulations.
