Suitable for server, consumer workstation and gaming PC applications, the DDR4 DRAM modules from ADATA support Intel Haswell-EP series processors. The company have designed the modules in such a way as to provide high performance, scalability, power efficiency and reliability.

The modules also offer transparency through accessibility and serviceability, which is particularly important for the IoT. To meet the demands of Big Data and Cloud applications, the DDR4 DRAM modules are available in 4, 8 and 6GB. The modules provide speeds of up to 2133MHz and transfer bandwidths reaching 17GBps, enabling both fast and reliable data transfer. According to ADATA, the modules use 20% less power than DDR3 modules by operating at an input of 1.2V. With this input voltage, the DDR4 DRAM modules are suitable for users seeking an environmentally friendly option.

The form factors in which the memory modules are available include the DDR4 R-DIMM for server/enterprise, the DDR4 VLP R-DIMM for high-end blade servers and DDR4 ECC SO-SIMM for micro servers. From ADATA's line of DDR4 DRAM modules, the DDR4 2133 U-DIMM module is suitable for desktop PC users, while the XPG Z1 DDR4 U-DIMM module is suitable for gamers. The company claims that the latter provides the fastest data transfer speeds for overclockers, with speeds of up to 3200MHz and bandwidths reaching 25.6GBps.

In booth number 379, at the Intel Developer Forum 2014, ADATA will be exhibiting it's DDR4 memory modules.
