Nisshinbo Micro Devices has unveiled the NT1193, a GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) wideband low noise amplifier (LNA) that sets new standards in low current consumption and high performance for multi-band GNSS applications. This latest innovation is specifically designed to meet the increasing demands of IoT devices.

The NT1193 operates across a frequency range of 1164 MHz to 1610 MHz and offers a compact solution with a high gain of up to 21.5 dB in the L1/L2/L5/L6 bands and a remarkably low noise figure of just 0.7 dB in the same bands. With an operating current of only 5.0 mA and a versatile supply voltage range from 1.5 V to 3.7 V, this LNA enables prolonged device operation, which is critical for today's mobile technology.

This new LNA features a small EPFFP-6-FA package size of just 0.7 x 1.1 x 0.37 mm, making it one of the smallest solutions in its class. It requires only two external components. The LNA also includes a standby function to further reduce power consumption, extending battery life when not in active use. It is designed for a wide range of applications, including GNSS modules, tracking devices, and drones. It provides robust performance even in the most demanding environments.

It is available for purchase now; for detailed product specifications and purchasing information, please visit our official website and refer to our list of qualified local and online distribution partners.
