The VCO, which operates across a temperature range of -40 to 85ºC, features typical second harmonic suppression of -15dBc. The low noise device is suitable for test equipment and satellite communication applications.

The CLV1625B-LF is offered in Z-Comm's standard, low profile MINI-16L package, which measures 12.7x12.7x3.3mm. Suitable for surface mount assembly and reflow, the VCO is available in tape and reel packaging.
