Availability and full design support capabilities for an ultra-low noise amplifier from WanTcom have been announced by Richardson RFPD. At +12V DC operation, the unconditionally-stable WBA0180210A offers 0.27dB noise figure, with 27dB of gain and +10dBm P1dB.

Available in a standard SMA-connectorized gold plated package, it benefits from WanTcom's proprietary LNA technologies, high-frequency microelectronics assembly techniques, and longstanding reputation for high reliability.

Additional key features of the WBA0180210A include:

  • 180–210 MHz
  • +/-0.10 dB gain flatness
  • +23.0 dBm output IP3
  • 1.25:1 VSWR
  • 50 Ohm impedance
  • >34 years MTBF
