Spread spectrum quartz oscillator ICs from PETERMANN-TECHNIK
Spread spectrum quartz oscillators in 7 x 5 and 5 x 3.2 mm ceramic cases are becoming increasingly obsolete. The PL671 series programmable spread spectrum oscillator ICs produced by PhaseLink / USA and represented exclusively in Germany by PETERMANN-TECHNIK from Kaufering are much smaller, less expensive and thus far better than the fixed frequency SST quartz oscillators in 7 x 5 and 5 x 3.2 mm ceramic casing.
Low-cost oscillators available in a temperature range of –40° to +105°C
PETERMANN-TECHNIK is offering low-cost SMD oscillators from TJE/JYEG in ceramic cases with the dimensions 7 x 5 x 1.8 mm and 5 x 3.2 x 1.0 mm and an extended temperature range of –40+105°C TJE/JYEG. The voltage of the low-cost SMD oscillators, which are produced in clean rooms at the highest possible production level, ranges from +1.8 to +5.0 VDC.
Wireless crystals for the ISM band from PETERMANN-TECHNIK
The Crystals for wireless applications range produced by special distributor PETERMANN-TECHNIK comprise SMD quartz solutions for wireless ISM band (315 – 915 MHz) applications which have a plethora of uses including garage door openers, heating cost meters, water meters, facility management, home automation, wireless security systems, keyless locking systems, etc.
10PPM MEMS Oscillator available at Nu Horizons
Nu Horizons Electronics announces the availability of SiTime’s SiT9102, the world's first differential output MEMS oscillator with ultra-high frequency stability of +/-10 PPM. The SiT9102 has been introduced along with the SiT9103 and SiT9104, 3-PLL programmable clock generators with an embedded MEMS resonator.
Stratum III compatible TCXO from Focus EDL
A new temperature-compensated crystal oscillator (TXCO) from Focus EDL boasts a frequency stability over temperature of ± .28ppm from -40°C to +85°C and an overall frequency stability of ±4.6ppm, including 20 years aging. According to the manufacturer, Raltron Electronics, the new device raises the bar in TXCO performance for many applications in communications and test and measurement.
Low cost SMD crystal in a ceramic package
PETERMANN TECHNIK's low cost SMD crystal is available, with 2 or 4 solder pads, in the frequency range of 10.0 to 121.0MHz and with an extended temperature range of up to –40°C +125°C.
Low cost SMD crystal is good between -40 +125°C
Petermann-Technik's SMD crystal in a metal package, the HC-49/US-SMD series, is the lowest cost SMD package and now also available in the extended temperature range of –40°C to +125°C. The 3pad package is new. The 3rd pad can be connected to ground. This package grounding has the big advantage of EMI reduction and the amelioration of the crystal fixation on the board - 33% more soldering connection than the common 2pad package.
Crystal designed for applications requiring a small SMD solution
The SMD03025 series was developed for applications that require a highly stable crystal generator in a very small ceramic SMD package, like for example: Bluetooth, GSM, GPS, WLAN, USB-Sticks, etc.. Frequency tolerances of down to +-5 p.p.m. are possible.
Long life, heavy-duty snap switches from Aerco
Now available from Aerco are the GP and E ranges of precision, long life, snap action switches from Cherry Electrical Products that are targeted at commercial and industrial applications that require a high performance micro switch. The heavy duty GP switches can handle up to 20A and have a mechanical life of one million actuations while the E series switches are available in single and double-pole configurations with five current ratings from ...
Precision Devices introduces new high frequency clock oscillators
Precision Devices Inc has announced the launch of two new clock oscillators. The OC7A is Precision Devices first clock oscillator to operate with a frequency above 1GHz. The OC7A oscillator supports an operating frequency range of 10.9MHz to 1.17GHz. The new OC5A supports an operating frequency range of 25MHz to 350MHz.
