At European Microwave Week, Precision Devices has announced the OCXO-510, an ultra low noise and ultra stable crystal oscillator (OCXO). The OCXO-510 series has a phase noise floor of -168dBc at 10 kHz. It offers excellent stability, and operates at a precision of only 0.0002ppm (or 0.2ppb – parts per billion) over a temperature range of 0 to +70C or 0.0005ppm at -20+70C.

Possibly the World’s most versatile amplifier has just been announced by AtlantecRF, the UK based microwave components and equipment manufacturer, in that it is capable of operating over a temperature range from -269C (4K) to +100C at frequencies from 1 to 20 GHz.

Z-Communications, Inc. announced a new RoHS compliant Fixed Frequency Synthesizer model SFS10000C-LF in X-band. The SFS10000C-LF is a single frequency synthesizer that operates at 10 GHz. This synthesizer features a typical phase noise of -100 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset and typical sideband spurs of -70 dBc.

Crystek's CVCO55CC-2122-2242 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) operates from 2122 MHz to 2242 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5V~4.5V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -105 dBc/Hz @ 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically +7 dBm.

Crystek's CVCO55CC-1490-1550 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) operates from 1490 MHz to 1550 MHz with a control voltage range of 1.0V~10V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -115 dBc/Hz @ 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically +5 dBm.

Crystek's CVCO55CC-2175-2175 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) operates at 2175 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5V~4.5V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -120 dBc/Hz @ 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically +7 dBm.

Z-Communications, Inc. announces a new RoHS compliant VCO model CRO2477A-LF in S-band. The CRO2477A-LF operates at 2440-2540 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5-4.5 Vdc. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -108 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 30 MHz/V.

The series offers design engineers rare customization and packaging options.

Z-Communications, Inc. announced a new RoHS compliant VCO (Voltage-Controlled Oscillator) model V940ME28-LF in C-band. The V940ME28-LF operates at 5840-6040 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5-4.5 Vdc. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -85 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 85 MHz/V.
