Z-Communications, Inc. announces a new RoHS compliant VCO (Voltage-Controlled Oscillator) model CLV1075A-LF in L-band. The CLV1075A-LF operates at 830-1300 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0.5-17 Vdc. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -105 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset and a typical tuning sensitivity of 35 MHz/V.

Crystek's CVCOT8BE-2700-3400 TO-8 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) operates from 2700 MHz to 3400 MHz and provides high-performance frequency control in harsh, demanding environments. These VCOs feature a typical phase noise of -85 dBc/Hz @ 10KHz offset and excellent linearity. Tuning sensitivity is rated at 120 MHz/V.
