Human Machine Interface (HMI) specialist EAO has introduced a Touch Encoder that integrates a touch-screen LCD display with a multi-function rotary switch and pushbuttons in a single product. The encoder from Grayhill streamlines Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs) used in medical electronics, audio/visual and specialist vehicle control applications.

Marvell has announced that its 88Q5050 secure automotive Ethernet switch is integrated into the NVIDIA DRIVE Pegasus platform for autonomous vehicles, making it the first commercially available solution with embedded security built into the core. Marvell’s secure switch can handle multi-gigabit applications for OEM car manufacturers to deliver an in-car network that supports sensor fusion, cameras, safety and diagnostics.

Toshiba Electronics Europe has announced the launch of two high speed signal transmission photorelays that offer the industry’s smallest footprint. The TLP3475S features low on-state output resistance (RON) – typically 1.1Ω and offers fast switching times of 0.5ms (ton) and 0.4ms (toff). CIT Relay & Switch has offered two automotive relays with shorter than industry standard lead time and better than industry standard pricing. The A6 Series automotive relay for sale is small in size and light weight. Offering low coil power consumption, switching current is up to 30A with contact arrangement choices of 1A or 1C.
