GPEG’s Evolutionary Panoramic TFT displays are ideal for Retail and Signage Installations

We have therefore developed a number of new Panoramic TFT displays and Monitors that will meet the growing market for these innovative displays. Ranging in size from 12.3 inches (15’’ 1/3 Type) to 38 inches (42” ½ Type) these unique displays all incorporate a LVDS interface for simple connection to external devices, a typical low power consumption of 25W (for standard brightness displays), built in LED driver and a contrast of 2000:1 at a brightness levels from 400cd/m2 to 800cd/m2 depending on the particular display size.

The smallest display monitor is the FDT-12.3pan incorporating a 12.3 inch diagonal TFT panel with an aspect ratio of 4:1 (also known as 1/3rd 15 inch). The active viewing area is 304.1mm x 76.1mm contained within the overall dimensions of 326.7mm x 101.7mm with a resolution of 1024 x 256 pixels displaying up to 16.7 million colours, an ultra wide viewing angle of 160/140 degrees and a brightness of 500cd/m2, the FDT-19pan can be used in both landscape and portrait modes.

For applications that require a larger monitor the FDT-38pan is ideal having a diagonal size of 38 inches and an aspect ratio of 3.6:1 with a resolution of 1920 x 540 pixels. The wide viewing angle of 178/178 degrees combined with a standard brightness of 800cd/m2 creates a truly stunning display. All monitors have the option of a high brightness LED backlight of 2000cd/m2 allowing them to be used outdoors. Touch Screens are also available on selected monitors.
