Custom service helps users add colour to mono displays
Anders Electronics has further expanded its display design and engineering capabilities by launching a new service that allows the company to cost-effectively add a variety of colour options to standard monochrome displays. Believed to be the industry’s first service of its type, Anders’ M2C (mono-to-colour) custom offering is ideal for customers who want to employ colour to optimise the user machine relationship (UMR), but for whom migration to TFT LCDs is not a commercially viable option. The service is fully compatible with a wide range of display technologies and is suitable for even low-volume production.
The Commenting on the launch of the new service, Anders Electronics’ CEO Rob Anders states: “At Anders we remain committed to technologies and services that allow displays to enhance the user machine relationship or UMR and that optimise the user experience. This new M2C service is a perfect example of that commitment, providing customers with creative solutions for adding colour to traditionally monochrome displays without the costs that are associated with migrating to a TFT alternative.”
