American Industrial Systems has expanded its Industrial LCD Monitor line featuring LED Backlit Displays which offer long life, high durability, and low power consumption compared to standard CCFL backlights. As the industrial market place moves toward power efficiency and green manufacturing, LED backlights have become the standard in energy efficient displays. Traditionally LED backlights have been limited to smaller size displays, but AIS has introduced 17, 19, and a 21.5 LED backlit LCD's, opening up opportunities for a large array of application.

Several mechanical designs are available featuring LED displays including open frames, chassis, panel mount, rugged series, panel PC, and tablet PC.Â All of AIS industrial displays are built for long lifetime support and availability, high performance, and reliable operation in industrial, commercial, and military application.
