Crystal Displays have launched a range of dual sided window displays which can transform stores, banks, and other commercial buildings. They consist of an outside facing display with a brightness of up to 3000cd/m² (700cd/m² and 1,500cd/m² also available) and an inward facing display with an excellent high contrast and brightness of minimum 400cd/m² (700cd/m² also available). 

Thin film transistor (TFT) displays manufactured by Futurelabs are available from distributor Relec Electronics.

KOE (Kaohsiung Opto-Electronics) has introduced two new 8.0" Rugged+ TFT display modules.

Display Technology has announced the new 3.5” embedded board from Axiomtek. The CAPA13R features an AMD RYZEN embedded V1807B and V1605B APU. Display Technology has announced that it now offers an anti-bacterial film solution for public touch systems. GermBlok a new type of anti-bacterial film offering a nano-silver anti-bacterial solution from Apex Material Technology based in Taiwan, has been tested with the JIS Z2801 method using E. coli and Staphylococcus aureus with resulting anti-bacterial value of R≧2 (99.99%).
