At embedded world, at booth 9.279, Swissbit will present its industrial DRAM memory modules in COB (Chip-On-Board) and SMT (Surface Mount Technology), available in DRAM, SDRAM, DDR, DDR2 und DDR3 technology. The Flash industrial products include CompactFlash (CF), CFast Serial Flash, MultiMedia Cards (MMC), Secure Digital Cards (SD), Solid State Drives (SSD) and USB products. Customized for the industrial market, the Swissbit memory solutions combine a long life time, high reliability, excellent vibration and shock tolerance, extended temperature range and long life cycle with a controlled Bill of Material (BOM).

Highlights at the booth are the new series X-200s Slim-SATA (MO-297) Solid State Drive with a slim form factor design (54mm x 39mm) and a standard SATA connector as well as the X-200m mSATA (MO-300) Solid State with the PCI Express Mini Card (PCI-s16 1.1) form factor (max. 50.95mm x 30mm), 52-pin gold fingers and a SATA II electrical interface. Comparing the board area usage to the typical 2.5” SATA SSDs, the X-200m is downsized to 22% and X-200s to 30% of that size. Both series are offered in densities from 4GB to 32GB with data transfer rates of 90MB/s for sustained write and 105MB/s for sustained read. The F-100 Series CFAST™ Flash Storage Card combines the original CompactFlash (CF) card form factor with a SATA interface. It is equipped with a reliable single level Cell Flash memory. This first generation reaches 105MB/s with 4 flash channels.
