NEC Electronics Europe Announces Applilet2

With simple to use dialogs and menus, all of the peripheral drivers and core control code can be developed in just a few minutes, providing easily understood and documented source code. All well as generating all of the drivers, the interrupt code can also be generated allowing for safe, reliable and efficient source code. Applilet2 fully supports all of the development tools available for all of NEC Electronics’ microcontrollers including IAR Systems’ and Green Hills’ development environments. Users can also add their own code to the project and this will not be altered during the code generation process.

Applilet2 is available for the latest generation 78K0 8-bit series of microcontrollers, the 78K0R 16-bit series of microcontrollers and the worlds best selling 32-bit microcontroller, the V850 series. Full sample projects are provided for Applilet2 when using any of the NEC Electronics target boards and these sample projects are also available to download free of charge from the NEC Electronics Website.
