IDT to Showcase Industry-Leading Products at Embedded World 2011
Integrated Device Technology today announced that it will be exhibiting industry-leading products from its expanding product portfolio at the 2011 Embedded World Exhibition and Conference on March 1-3 in Nuremberg, Germany.
IDT will also be demonstrating some of its new mixed-signal products, including high-performance signal conditioning repeaters for multi-gigabit, serial-differential protocols as well as its family of PureTouch® capacitive touch controllers and its single-layer multi-touch capacitive touch screen solution.
“Embedded applications have unique requirements that are very different than the requirements for consumer applications. IDT has a long history of serving the embedded market with innovative products. The Embedded World Exhibition and Conference is a perfect venue for showcasing some of our new products for this key market,” said Pietro Polidori, vice president and managing director for Europe, Middle East, and Africa at IDT. “We will be showing customers and industry leaders products that they expect from IDT based on our leadership in digital technologies and timing, as well as recently announced devices that are a result of our new analog capabilities. These new analog capabilities, coupled with our digital expertise, position us to provide unique system-level solutions that optimize our customers’ applications.”
To illustrate new capabilities and company direction, IDT will also showcase new products from its power management and metering portfolios, including the industry’s most flexible microcontroller-based Intelligent System Power Management Solution targeted for portable applications, and its first family of energy metering ICs for smart meters. IDT’s high-accuracy metering ICs feature the widest dynamic range in the industry, helping to simplify the design and improve the performance of smart meters. The metering IC family has already found success within the smart meter markets both in Europe and Asia.
