FactoryLogix R3 to be unveiled at MD&M West
Aegis Software is to present its FactoryLogix R3 software at this year’s MDM West and Advanced Manufacturing Expo in Anaheim, California from February 9 to 11. This third release of FactoryLogix embraces the principles of Industry 4.0 and IoM (Internet of Manufacturing) including resource scheduling, configure to order (CTO) and a standardized machine communication technology.
The latest version adds a native, factory-wide material logistics module that fully integrates with their existing suite of new product introduction, manufacturing execution, and analytics systems.
FactoryLogix Logistics module features include: materials receiving and labeling; incoming quality control; material kitting and dispatch; material position tracking; MSD handling and bake management; resource scheduling; material reservation; shop floor material handling and traceability; part replenishment and reorder.
