Digital setup tool simplifies selective soldering

The Digital Position Setup Tool is designed for use with three/six nozzles, though other nozzle options are available. Setup and calibration is fast and simple with the automatic calibration mode. The Digital Setup Tool is compatible with selective solder equipment from other manufacturers depending on dimensions.

Albrecht Beck, President, Kurtz Ersa North America, commented: “This is the only digital position verification tool on the market that also can measure flux spray position up to 0.1mm position accuracy at the PCB level. Deviations can be displayed on the machine or remotely on a line PC.
