Development tools for Smart Card software

A development platform supporting the company's next SIM product family and Banking & ID products, StarChip release its second generation Smart Card development tools, the StarBox V2. It includes all the tools necessary to develop high-quality software in a timely and cost effective manner.

Based on Keolabs’ Raisonance brand hardware and integrated development environment solutions, StarBox V2 offers advanced emulation features (Rkit), integrated development environment (Ride7) and the StarChip Toolchain which includes the latest compiler from Cortus to guarantee the portability of customers’ projects. StarBox V2 also supports a wide range of communication protocols, including ISO14443 as well as SWP for upcoming NFC products.

To that matter, StarBox V2 includes a set of innovative and intuitive functions that improves both the performance and the user experience. Major improvements in this second generation development tool include ultra-fast code loading, infinite breakpoints and enhanced look & feel. Ride7 and related kits are available on demand from the StarChip support team.
