At IPC APEX EXPO 2014, Ersa Kurtz North America will exhibit the POWERFLOW e N2 compact full tunnel wave soldering system. Relying on high-end technology, this soldering system significantly reduces solder consumption as well as the unit cost attributable to the process.

Offering optimal conditions for energy-efficient, safe and repeatable processes, the POWERFLOW e N2 features innovative concepts for fluxer and preheating as well as an enamelled stainless steel solder pot. The entire nitrogen process tunnel is made of stainless steel and designed for lowest nitrogen consumption.

Featuring a combination of convection and emitter heating systems, the preheating system is comprised of modular, flexible and expandable preheating concept. ERSA’s POWERFLOW e N2 soldering system provides the best soldering results thanks to intelligent spray fluxers and the use of high-quality materials and perfect geometries. While the conveyor system can be designed as finger or pallet conveyor, exchangeable solder pots with trolley are available so that the system can quickly and easily be equipped with different solder alloys.

Simple and safe machine operation is assured thanks to a modern control concept with touchscreen visualisation. This also continuously monitors all important operating statuses. The POWERFLOW e N2 offers an outstanding price-performance ratio providing an early ROI – even with high solder prices.

Kurtz Ersa North America will show the POWERFLOW e N2 in Booth 825 at the IPC APEX EXPO in Las Vegas from March 25-27, 2014.
