LED flood system has an instant on/off function
An LED flood system, manufactured by Dymax, has been released by Ellsworth Adhesives. Due to its instant on/off function, the BlueWave LED Flood System has no mechanical shutter components, no warm-up time requirements, faster exposure cycles, and lower maintenance costs.
Available with three different wavelength indicator heads (365, 385 and 405nm), the LED flood system allows users to fully optimise the curing process between their light-curable material and the curing system. The BlueWave LED Flood System features a 5x5" (12.7x12.7cm) active area for curing larger parts and helping to reduce cure times.
The LED flood system is CE certified and RoHS compliant, making it a suitable curing system for manufacturers with 'green' initiatives.
