Altus Group announce UK partnership with Kolb Cleaning

This collaboration was initiated following discussions at the 2023 Southern Manufacturing and Electronics exhibition, leading to Active-PCB Solutions' investment in a Kolb cleaning system to enhance its PCB cleaning operations.

Active-PCB Solutions, known for its quick-turn solutions and high-complexity assemblies in small to medium batches, sought to augment its PCBA cleaning capabilities. After a comprehensive review, the company chose the Kolb PSE LH7 for its superior cleaning performance and technical capabilities. This selection was influenced by the system's advanced cleaning technology and chemistry, alongside the detailed consultations and robust support from Altus Group.

Joe Booth, CEO of Altus Group, expressed his enthusiasm for Active-PCB Solutions' decision, commending their methodical selection process. He praised Kolb for their in-depth explanations of their systems and the critical aspects of PCBA cleaning, emphasising the value of such information for customers.

The Kolb PSE LH7 stands out as an automatic, high-volume cleaning system designed for the advanced cleaning of PCBs, featuring a dual-tank, triple-circuit function with ClosedLoop water recycling for efficient and economical operation. Its capacity for quick cycles and large volumes positions Active PCB to efficiently produce products of exceptional quality.
