X2O Media, a full-service provider of software, network management, and content services for professional digital signage and enterprise communications applications, today announced that the company will debut its Xpresenter™ Integrated Conference Experience (ICE) at InfoComm 2011, from June 15-17 in Orlando, Fla. Xpresenter ICE is a unique networked system that provides unprecedented capabilities for managing presentation content, including interactive meeting room signs, integration with Microsoft® Exchange and other scheduling systems, broadcast-style output with a number of control options, remote participation via desktops and mobile devices, presentation archiving, and much more.
/> Xpresenter ICE provides a single system that manages all content for effective meetings and conferencing. By integrating PowerPoint®, video, whiteboard, and other content from a number of local and remote sources and participants, Xpresenter ICE enables more effective meetings while greatly simplifying the management of meeting resources.

Users can reserve conference rooms from anywhere using Microsoft Outlook®, or interactively reserve rooms and view meeting schedules directly on meeting room signs. For the ultimate conference room experience, ICE is driven by X2O's Xpresenter Live presentation system, which takes PowerPoint presentations to a whole new level by adding broadcast-quality effects and transitions, 3-D logos and animations, real-time data, and live camera feeds.

With Xpresenter Live, users can easily manage the entire presentation experience from a single platform. Users simply plug their laptop into Xpresenter Live instead of the projector, and their presentation is ready to come to life. Presentations can be controlled from a simple touch-screen interface, or the system can be integrated with standard conference room control systems from third parties.

In addition to PowerPoint presentations, Xpresenter Live can display live camera inputs, interactive whiteboard content, and other real-time user input. This can include content created on the fly using the Xpresenter Sketch Pad application running on a tablet such as an Apple® iPad®, BlackBerry® PlayBook, or Motorola Xoom. Xpresenter Live combines all inputs using X2O's real-time video and graphics rendering technology, allowing the presenter to seamlessly switch between or combine all inputs into a single TV-style output display.

Xpresenter ICE provides several options for allowing remote users to view presentations in real time, or as archived video files stored on the X2O Portal. Presentations can be streamed to users' desktops for viewing with the X2O Desktop Player, or as real-time presentation channels to smartphones or tablets using the X2O Mobile Player. ICE is unique in that remote desktop Webcam feeds can be incorporated into the conference room presentation, allowing remote attendees to actively participate. Presentations can be saved as HD-quality video clips and automatically transferred to the X2O Portal to be archived and viewed from users' desktops.

We are very excited to introduce Xpresenter ICE at InfoComm 2011, said David Wilkins, President and CEO of X2O Media. ICE is a great example of the power, flexibility, and real-time capabilities of the X2O platform. Xpresenter Live, the X2O Portal, and our new Desktop and Mobile Players are great on their own, but the key to ICE is its ability to bring these products and other existing systems together into a single integrated solution. ICE provides a complete, truly unique conference solution with unprecedented capabilities and ease of use for broadcast-quality presentations.
