NISE 103 is a miniature fanless computer system which despite its compact dimensions supports a huge number of I/O interfaces and utilises the great performance of the Intel® ICH8M chipset and Atom™ D425 processor. The system's low power consumption and compact lightweight design makes NISE 103 a cost-effective and reliable solution for a broad spectrum of computing applications within automation and control. NISE 103 will therefore find applications within Transportation Control Systems, Gate Control Systems, SCADA and Wireless RTU (Remote Terminal Unit), Communications control, Kiosk and Self-service systems.
Housed in 185mm (W) x 131mm (D) x 54mm (H) rugged aluminium chassis, this palm sized fanless Industrial Controller can be utilised in even space critical environments; furthermore the platforms 1.8 GHz Intel® Atom™ D425 processor gives the NISE 103 the computing power to address most applications.
Designed to be able to address most user requirements, the versatile NISE 103 is equipped with three RS232, one RS232/422/485, two 10/100/1000 LAN, four USB, one digital I/O and one VGA output. In addition, the platforms rugged aluminium chassis and superb resistance to shock and vibration makes the NISE 103 the ideal solution for use as a transportation computer on bus or train.
Wireless connectivity is also available via Mini PCIe and SIM card holder. NISE 103 also supports various Microsoft operating systems, including Windows® 7, Windows® XP, Windows embedded Standard 2009, Windows® Embedded Standard 7, Windows CE6.0, Linux Kernel 2.4 & 2.6. Storage is available by 2.5” HDD or CF card.
