PoE embedded vision system is designed for AOI

AOI is widely used for production detection, such as PCB inspection, LCD panel inspection, wafer inspection, alignment inspection and other applications that rely heavily on machine vision. The eBOX671-885-FL is equipped with an eight-channel programmable/isolated digital I/O to integrate with various industrial equipment and communicate with various devices, such as motion sensors, buttons, optical detectors, relays and lighting. 

For backup, the PoE embedded vision system supports a CFast socket, an mSATA interface and dual 2.5" HDD/SSD with RAID 0 & 1. The eBOX671-885-FL features a fanless design, dust-proof housing and noiseless operation, making it particularly suitable for critical manufacturing environments.

The PoE embedded vision system features two Gigabit LAN ports, four Gigabit PoE ports, four COM ports, one digital I/O, six USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, one audio, one DVI-I, one HDMI, one DisplayPort, two Mini PCIe, one SIM slot and three antenna openings. A wall mount kit is available upon request.
