When a Panel PC is deployed within space critical industrial automation applications, PC size and performance are the major concerns. To meet these requirements, Nexcom has launched a slim-line 8” Panel PC, which despite its compact dimensions boasts multiple I/O interfaces and powerful Intel® Atom™ D525 processor for exceptional performance.

Special Designed Motherboard
The motherboard of the APPC0820T Series has been reengineered, so that the RAM, mini-PCIe, and CF card are aligned on the same side of the board as the Intel® Atom™ D525 CPU. This dedicated motherboard benefits users both in terms of future expansion capability and ease of maintenance. By incorporating the Intel® Atom™ D525 processor and DDR3 memory, the APPC 0820T Series Panel PC with fanless design has double the computing power of similar N270 CPU based products.

Ultra Slim with Only 42mm in Thickness
The ultra slim APPC 0820TC is secured in metal housing with IP65 certified front panel. The 42mm thickness of the APPC 0820TC makes it one of the slimiest applied Industrial Panel PCs of its type and therefore ideal for space-critical applications such as access control, small automation machines, forklift and truck etc. Despite its compact dimensions, the APPC 0820T has a multitude of I/O interfaces including a 1x reset, 1x RS-232, 2x USB and 1xVGA. An Optional HDD bracket or CF is also provided.

Richest I/O in Dream List for Small Panel PC
For more sophisticated automation processes, the APPC 0820T provides additional I/O interfaces including USB, 1x Line-in, 1x Mic-in, 1xLine-out, 1x RS232/422/485 and PS/2 keyboard and mouse. This model is also housed in metal with plastic front IP65 certified front panel.
