NEXCOM expand DSP portfolio with the M532
NEXCOM has expanded its digital signage family with a new flagship digital signage modular player NDiS M532. M532 is based on the 3rd generation Intel Core processor family and follows the electrical and mechanical specifications of the Open Pluggable Specification (OPS). M532 can be plugged into any OPS-complaint display devices to render rich multimedia contents. Thanks to the modular and cable-less design and advanced built-in remote management function, M532 satisfies the need for quick deployment and hassle-free maintenance of large digital signage network dispersed in different geographical locations.
M532In addition, M532 can drive three displays without requiring discrete hardware, delivering more with less hardware, cost and energy consumption as compared to digital signage players based on the previous generation Intel Core processor family.

Positioning as a network player, M532 has extended remote management to hardware level. Combing Intel Active Management Technology (Intel® AMT) 8.0 and Consumer Electronics Control (CEC) function, M532 offers users out-of band access to hardware status check and to system restore via wired LAN, cellular and Wi-Fi network. Display brightness and volume can also be adjusted over the network. Meanwhile, USB 3.0 which provides tenfold increase in data transfer rate is supported by
M532 to save time for field maintenance technician.
Following open pluggable specification, M532 features high hardware compatibility and easy plug-in installation. Using an 80-pin JAE connector to support OPS-compliant display, CEC control signal and power supply, M532 simplifies digital signage installation whilst lowering installation costs. This feature also comes in handy for player replacement.
