mimoOn to demonstrate its advanced low-cost LTE Test Mobile for Digital Dividend at Mobile World Congress 2010

The DD spectrum at 790-862MHz is specifically targeted for serving sparsely populated regions in Europe with mobile broadband. Most European regions are on track to complete the transition towards digital TV and release DD spectrum by 2012. Germany's major operators lead this push; they began R&D for DD spectrum in 2009, and the government will hold auctions as soon as 2Q 2010.
