Huawei Introduces iCare Solution for Bearer Networks

Unprepared for new technologies in evolved networks (particularly All-IP networks), operators lack effective methods for network planning and analyzing. As a result, they are unable to ensure the quality and stability of end-to-end services, which leads to high operational costs and poor end-user satisfaction.
