Fanless embedded box system withstands harsh environments
Utilising the 22nm quad core Intel Atom E3845 processor, Axiomtek has announced that the eBOX620-841-FL offers high computing performance and energy efficient operation. Featuring 8GB DDR3L, dual display support and various I/Os, the fanless embedded box system is suited for applications such as digital signage, transportation, POS, kiosk, industrial control automation and medical equipment.
Suitable for operation in harsh environments, the embedded box system operates over a temperature range from -20 to +60°C, withstands vibration up to 3Grms (with CFast) and is housed in a rugged, IP40-rated aluminium cold-rolled steel enclosure.
The eBOX620-841-FL includes four high-speed USB 2.0 ports, dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, four COM ports (two RS-232/422/485 ports and two RS-232 ports), VGA, HDMI, audio and a built-in watchdog timer. Compatible with the Windows Standard Embedded 7/8 and Linux, the CE certified system features overvoltage, overcurrent and short circuit protection.
