Axiomtek’s Cost-effective Intel Core2 Quad Network Appliance Platform with 6 GbE Ports - NA-710
Axiomtek introduced the NA-710, a 1U 19” rackmount form factor platform featuring six Gigabit LAN ports with copper or fiber interface. The NA-710 network appliance platform based on the Intel® G41 Express chipset supports a number of different types of CPU configurations including Intel® Core™2 Quad processor, Intel® Core™2 Duo processor and Intel® Celeron processor. The cost-effective network platform supports up to 4GB DDR3 system memory with two memory sockets. For greater flexible, the NA-710 provides four different copper and fiber configuration that allow developers to configure LAN ports based on their solution requirements. For extended networking application, the extreme slim platform comes with a PCIe x8 slot. Moreover, this easy-to-use unit features two 2.5” SATA HDDs (or one 3.5” SATA HDD), one CompactFlash™ slot, a console port and two USB ports, which enhances its capability to deal with various application needs.
“WThe cost-effective NA-710 supports one 3.5” SATA HDD or two 2.5” SATA HDDs. There is also a single CompactFlash™ interface. For easy access and maintain, the front panel has two high-speed USB 2.0 ports, a console RJ-45 port, and front-facing LED indicators for power and HDD activities monitoring. One PCIe x8 slot is available for third-party cards. It also supports mainstream Linux kernel 2.4 and 2.6 operating system.
