Axiomtek Released All-in-One 1U Intel Core2 Quad Network Appliance Platform with Six Gigabit LANs and Four Hot-Swappable 3.5” SATAII HDDs - NA-823

To ensure an uninterrupted network connection, the NA-823 supports two-group bypass function activated automatically when system is powered down or off. Four front-accessible hot-swappable 3.5” SATAII hard drive bays with RAID 0, 1, 0+1 and 5 function are available. Additionally, the NA-823 comes with one PCI-X expansion slot that allows developers to configure gigabit Ethernet or storage device controller cards based on their solution requirements. Axiomtek’s new high-performance, easy-to-use NA-823 is an ideal for mail spam, virus spam, VPN, content filtering, UTM, network security applications, and other embedded box solutions.

The super slim 1U-height NA-823 has powerful storage interfaces including four 3.5” SATAII HDD providing a total gross capacity up to 6TB at least and a CompactFlash™ socket. For easy access and maintain, the front panel has two high-speed USB 2.0 ports and front-facing LED indicators for power and HDD activities monitoring. Additionally, the NA-823 supports Smart Fan technology that controls the fan rotation speeds depending on the temperature readings. Other I/O features include one RJ-45 console port, one VGA, power jack, and system reset switch. Moreover, the mainstream Linux kernel 2.6 and 2.4 operating systems are supported.
