Avalue Provides New Industrial Applied RISC-Based Solutions Featuring Extreme Low Power and High Portability

Avalue is announcing the high scalability of RISC-based embedded computing modules incorporated with the latest micro controllers based on ARM9, ARM11, and Cortex-A8 technology, and embedded software developing capabilities, providing low cost embedded computing solutions includes SoMs, SBCs, and Panel PCs to expand the applications in industrial fields.
The RISC architecture products present much lower cost and smaller size, and come with features of slim and space-saving. It is suitable for mobile internet devices (MID), and easy to achieve higher performance with the ultra low power consumption. As such, the RISC platform is able to run in a wide range of temperature. All onboard IC design enables RISC platforms to be used in mobile transportation or industrial applications that request anti-vibration.



Avalue has the advantages of industrial experiences, and has collaborated with many technical partnerships for integrating hardware and software to create real-time operating systems for RISC platform, such as BootLoader in NOR, Linux, Windows Embedded CE. Avalue will consolidate its RISC-based products, according to the ARM series development, with packaged tools/software supports for wide applications like industrial automation, measurement and test, medical equipments, remote surveillance and point-of-sale equipments.



Avalue combines capabilities of hardware production, specific functions and software development, and system integration, and offers customers the RISC-based tailor-made service with features of high performance, low power, diversity of specification, and lower cost. On the basis of current MPU technology, Avalue’s RISC platform supports 200MHz to 1GHz processor, up to 256MB of flash memory, and various connections, including USB OTG, SDIO, SPI, I2C, UART, PATA, etc. and develops products from SoM, SBC to Panel PC for providing the best solutions aimed at MID, DSA, and even more advanced applied markets.
