Intelliconnect chooses Rapid for channel plunge
Intelliconnect Europe , the UK-based specialist manufacturer of RF and waterproof connectors is diving into the distribution channel. It has agreed a contract with Colchester based Rapid Electronics appointing the company as its first Stockholding Distributor. The initial products to be made available to customers will be a selection of Intelliconnect’s market-leading waterproof range and triaxial interconnects.
Both product types are commonly used on a wide variety of applications in many different markets.

Rapid Electronics are a long-established distributor of electronic components, cables and connectors, electrical products, tools and educational resources.

Intelliconnect has a cable assembly facility located in Corby to produce high quality high frequency microwave cables, high specification triaxial assemblies and semi-rigids as well as the standard RG/LMR type products. Cable assemblies may be waterproofed to IP68 and special features including phase matching, high frequency operation and ruggedised assemblies for use in harsh environments are on offer.
