For D-Sub as well as M12 and M8 crimp sleeves, PROVERTHA offers new cost-effective multicrimp pliers in four versions (TMCCH1 to TMCCH4) for different cable diameters. The pliers can be used universally and flexibly with a multicrimp die for four or eight spanner sizes. This means that one pair of pliers can be used for different common spanner sizes without changing tools.

This saves changeover times and reduces the costs when making up different cable types for M12 or D-Sub cable assemblies. The cost-effective pliers are suitable for all Provertha crimp flange/crimp sleeve systems and other common systems from other suppliers available on the market.

The TMCCH1 hand crimp tool with pre-assembled multicrimp die for spanner sizes AF 7 to 10.5 is specially designed for crimp sleeves of the common cable types for D-Sub and M12 connectors. This means that a single tool is available for crimp sleeves from D070H080T – D105H115T with eight spanner sizes from AF 7 to 10.5. The ease of use and the parallel crimping process ensure reliable crimping. The precision-made hardened steel crimping tool featuring a safety-release ratchet mechanism allows reliable and robust use.

The TMCCH2 hand crimp tool with pre-assembled multicrimp die for eight spanner sizes from AF 4 to 7.5 is specially designed for crimp sleeves (D040H050T – D065H075T) on small cable diameters for D-Sub and M8 as well as M12 connectors.

The TMCCH3 hand crimp tool is suitable for crimp sleeves (D110H120T – D125H135T) on large cable diameters – with the pre-assembled multicrimp die for four spanner sizes from AF 11 to 12.5. This also enables time saving crimping for D-Sub assemblies with large cable diameters.

Last but not least, the TMCCH4 hand crimp tool is specially designed for crimp sleeves (D120H130T – D135H145T) on extremely large cable diameters – with pre-assembled multicrimp die for the four spanner sizes AF 13 to 14.5. This makes the tool suitable for D Sub connections with very large cable diameters.
