Pasternack, part of Infinite Electronics, has introduced new low-loss and low-PIM cable assemblies.

These new options include a variety of LMR cable assemblies and low-PIM configurations, designed to meet the increasing demand for improved signal transmission and reduced interference.

The expanded range includes LMR cable assembly options available in PVC, fire-rated, ultra-flexible (UF), and lightweight variants, offering a wide selection of cable types for various applications. They support numerous connector types, including BNC, MCX, MMCX, N, SMA, SMB, SSMB, SSMC, and TNC.

In addition, Pasternack now offers low-PIM cable assemblies featuring 4.3-10 and 2.2-5 connectors, which reduce passive intermodulation to ensure optimal signal integrity in high-performance systems.

Pasternack’s new cable assemblies are versatile, with straight, right-angle, standard, and reverse polarity configurations to accommodate diverse installation requirements. Customisation options such as clocking and heat-shrink features further enhance the adaptability of the cables to meet specific environmental and operational needs.

These new cable assemblies are particularly suited to applications requiring high signal integrity, including wireless communication systems, satellite networks, and outdoor installations. With the ability to customise cable lengths and connector types, Pasternack provides flexible solutions that meet precise project specifications while maintaining high performance in demanding environments.

“These new low-loss and low-PIM products are tailored for critical applications in wireless communications, satellite systems and data networks,” said Amar Ganwani, Senior Product Manager, Pasternack. “They are useful where clear and reliable signal transmission is essential.”
