New versions of Binder M12 are pre-terminated to Profibus cable

They are designed for applications where it is not desirable to terminate the shield to the PCB and 360º shielding is provided by the crimped termination of the Profibus cable to the front or rear mounted zinc die-cast connector.

These new connectors will prove extremely valuable for terminating control cabinets of Profibus systems in factory automation and control equipment to ensure the whole network is shielded against EMI.

Binder Series 766 connectors are two-pole, rated at 4A and protected to IP68. Gold plated contacts provide mating cycles in excess of 100.
