Available in 2-, 3- or 4-way socket and pin format, the new devices benefit from a crimped stainless steel housing with different possible variations, sealing up to IP69K (only with a mated pair of METR1X connectors), a mating face according to M12 standard, gold plated CGK size 20 crimp contacts and secondary locking.

Further technical details of METR1X connectors include an operating temperature range from -40 up to +150 degrees Celsius, a flammability rating according to UL94-V0 standard, a current rating of 4A and a voltage rating of 100Vdc.
