These connectors with a mini PushPull interface meet the IEC 63171-6 standard, providing the ideal mating interface for Single Pair Ethernet (SPE). The Mini PushPull T1 connectors are designed for automation, robotics, machinery, medical, transportation, railway, and other industrial applications requiring high environmental, shock, and vibration resistance.
These industrial connectors enable IP-based communication up to the field level, connecting sensors, actuators, and other field devices to Ethernet networks without barriers. The ability to integrate Ethernet interfaces onto simple sensors, cameras, reading/ID devices, or similar equipment makes it possible to implement Integrated Industry and IIoT.
With a single pair of copper wires, the SPE connectors use 75% less wire than standard Ethernet connectors. The connectors' small and lightweight design is ideal for robotics, rail technology, and other space- or weight-constrained applications.
SPE technology allows for efficient and cost-effective setup, operation, and maintenance, and the connectors are quick to install and easy to use and maintain in common IP-based networks.
The connectors support transmission speeds up to 10 Gbit/s (up to 1 Gbit/s panel feed-through), 60V-rated voltage, and 1.5A- or 2A-rated current.
SPE IP65/IP67-rated, the connectors are fully dustproof, resistant to water jets, and can be temporarily immersed in water up to one meter deep. The Mini PushPull T1 industrial connectors are designed to withstand at least 750 mating cycles and have an operating temperature range of -40°C to +70°C.
