IGG to market Tekdata’s Cryoconnect cable assemblies to global space industry
Tekdata Interconnections Ltd has entered into a sales agreement with IGG Component Technology Ltd, under which IGG will promote Tekdata’s Cryoconnect cable assemblies to its global space industry customer base. IGG will place particular emphasis on Europe, Japan, South Korea, Brazil, India, Israel and China.
As aThanks partly to Cryoconnect, Tekdata is one of an exclusive number of companies able to meet NASA's demanding specifications for space-borne interconnection systems.
IGG provides high-reliability Electronic, Electrical and Electromechanical (EEE) components and related services to the space, aerospace and defence industries. The company’s main areas of expertise are testing, evaluation, parts procurement, long-term storage, engineering consultancy, and obsolescence management and mitigation. The company has carried out numerous projects for the European Space Agency and is a tier-one supplier to Rolls-Royce.
