Brad M23 power & signal cordsets feature WSOR cable as standard

Available with multiple pin-out options, the cordsets adhere to the de-facto industry standard and therefore interface easily with existing M23 infrastructure. The low-profile, pre-assembled and overmoulded connector can be fitted in less than one minute, which helps lower maintenance costs and reduce machine downtime, and mitigates wiring and assembly errors as well as saves on valuable space.

When mated, the connectors are IP67-sealed, protecting the internal components against the ingress of dust and can be temporarily submerged in water to depths of 1m. With the WSOR cable fitted at standard, the cordsets resist damage from multiple hard-environment applications and substances, including weld-slag and cutting oil. The 12- and 17-pole signal cordsets are available with green shielded WSOR cable and the 19-pole version with black unshielded WSOR cable, while the 6- and 8-pole power cordsets are fitted with standard orange shielded WSOR cable. Available in numerous standard cable lengths, ranging from 1 to 20m, the cordsets deliver excellent flex and torsion performance over a wide operating temperature range.

The Brad M23 power and signal cordsets complement Molex’s M23 offering, which includes field-attachable connectors and panel-mounted receptacles.
