Outdoor electronic system box speeds time-to-market
The msmart-box, a bespoke, production-ready, fully configured, IP67 outdoor electronic system box, has been introduced by GTT Europe. The box can be tailor-made to meet specific customer requirements and enables rapid product development.
A full mechanical design of the device, which provides a complete integration solution, can be completed online in minutes. This removes the need to redesign an off-the-shelf enclosure and source and integrate components such as power, data communications and monitoring from multiple suppliers.
The msmart-box is guaranteed to work, speeding time-to-market and reducing development costs. To meet the demands of evolving applications, the device can be redesigned.
The box, which features a robust, anti-corrosive frame that is vibration and shock tested, is EN60950-22. Therefore, the device can be used in harsh wet and dusty outdoor environments from -40 to +120°C.
The msmart-box can be easily integrated with internal mounting plate options and is suitable for security, remote monitoring and control as well as outdoor routers and gateways.
