Fast turnaround PCB service promises eight day delivery
Transonics has introduced a Quick-Turn PCB service which offers Asian pricing and delivery direct to UK customers in as little as eight working days. Unit prices are fixed at time of order with a guarantee that there will be no additional costs. The quotations are provided in 24 hours and are provided on a fully inclusive basis.
The price will include UL, cUL and TS16949 approvals, tool costs, carriage costs and cross section reports. 2 layer PCBs can be delivered in 8 working days and 4 layers in 11 working days all shipped via courier.
The PCB sare manufactured in the same factories that supply leading tablet OEMs and currently ship in excess of 1.2 billion PCB boards per annum, Boards can be manufactured with up to 16 layers and a maximum length of 1.5 meters. Raw materials are all from major high quality suppliers and all are SGS and UL approved. Finished copper can be up to 6oz and finished board thickness maximum is 6.0mm.
Transonics’ manufacturing partners are certified to TS16949, UL(E315391) CUL, ISO9001, and hold 36 patents for PCB design and manufacturing technologies. They have over 2500 employees and an in-house engineering team which provides fast response times, excellent support and creates all layers in-house.
