Giada Technology is proud to unveil the N50M-BO Xeon E5 Series Server Motherboard line adopting the Intel C612 chipset and greatly enhancing computing and storage performance. It is reliable, secure and offers extreme performance. The N50M-BO Xeon E5 single socket server motherboard comes with dual SFP+ ports and uses the Intel C612 chipset bringing more powerful performance. Professional internal design enables high efficiency, stability and safety while it runs at full speed.

The Giada N50M-BO is a standard ATX server motherboard and adopts the Intel Xeon E5 V3 (Grantley) series of CPUs. It's multi-functioning and is equipped with on-board Intel C612 PCH, two SFP+ ports and two Gigabit Ethernet LAN ports and offers full DDR4 memory support, the latest in server memory technology. The N50M-BO is positioned for the SME market and can be utilised as a storage server, work station picture processing station, all with high-speed network demand.

The Haswell micro-architecture brings new levels of performance enhancing features. One of the main developments, along with an increase in frequencies and core numbers, the Intel Xeon E5- V3 series supports the DDR4 memory technology. Moreover, these new processors include encryption performance overhead reduction features and technologies improving run time and migration VM integrity.

These DDR4 memory modules feature an increased stock frequency of up to 2133MHz and a lower voltage of 1.2V per module. Those two main improvements not only deliver a large bandwidth performance boost to memory intensive applications, but also provide for considerable energy savings in large scale server deployments.

The N50M-BO is equipped with 10x6Gb/s SATA slots to provide massive storage capacity. In addition, customers can expand and integrate a 12G capacity solution and enhance the performance via the standard PCI-E slots. With support for SAS 12Gb/s and SATA 6Gb/s storage and integrated RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 1E and RAID 10 data protection and with the Intel C612 chipset which natively supports up to 10 SATA 6Gb/s ports, the N50M-BO is ready for massive storage arrays for any data intensive work and other storage server applications.

The N50M-BO is an ATX-sized EEB server motherboard. It provides users with all the essential features to build a complete server, reaching an optimum balance between purchase cost and application performance. Using the ATX form factor, this board allows builders the ability to get a server up and running in various off-the-shelf ATX case options, avoiding the complication and expense of sourcing specialist or propriety case designs.

Apart from two on-board Gigabit Ethernet LAN (Intel i210) ports, the N50M-BO is also equipped with two on-board 10Gb/s SFP+ (Intel 82599ES) ports, doubling queues compared to the previous generation of Intel 82574L controllers. This is better for virtualisation applications. In addition, the dual LAN teaming ports provide high networking bandwidth with load balance and fault tolerance functions, greatly reducing data processing bottlenecks during network traffic. In short, the N50M-BO provides a network access layer with high bandwidth and low-latency access-layer networks all on an ATX sized server board.

The N50M-BO has four PCIE slots: one PCI-E3.0 x16 (in x16 Slot), one PCI-E3.0 x8 (in x16 Slot) and two PCI-E3.0x4 (in x8 Slots) to enable the connectivity of all manner of PCIE devices such as LAN, RAID and including the usage of multiple host bus adapters (HBA). Customers can move their existing legacy PCI add-on cards to the N50M-BO, and still benefit from the up-to-date Intel Xeon E3-1200 v3 Processor Family and DDR4 memory technology to their solutions.

All internal components of the N50M-BO server motherboard are discretely evaluated and allocated by JEHE'S engineers to guarantee unparalleled processing efficiency. The ultra-durable solid capacitors pass strict tests of 12,000 hours' exposure in a temperature of 105℃, which is far more than the typical daily computing temperature. Higher heat dissipation performance and durability, in return, guarantee that the N50M-BO can run steadily with better reliability and performance.

The N50M-BO server motherboard supports IPMI 2.0 technology. Even when the server operating system is shut-down or off-line, the KVM module lets network administrator’s access and monitor the server hardware and subsequently diagnose and restore a frozen server to normal operations at any given time via a simplified web-page management interface.
