Axiomtek Introduces MANO840, Mini ITX Motherboard powered by Intel Quad-Core SoC
Axiomtek has launched MANO840 its new Mini ITX motherboard featuring power efficient quad-core SoC, fanless design, single voltage, and rich I/Os. The MANO840 is equipped with quad-core Intel Celeron J1900 processor with Intel HD Graphics engine, delivering outstanding computing, graphical and media performance in a compact and economically efficient form factor. The rugged industrial motherboard utilizes high bandwidth DDR3L-1333 SO-DIMM with memory up to 8 GB and delivers a rich set of I/O features. With 12V only single voltage DC power jack, the ultra-compact MANO840can be widely applied to different automation and embedded industries, including medical healthcare, in-vehicle infotainment, kiosk, digital entertainment, digital signage, POS and much more.
“The advanced MANO840 is specially tailored for space-concerned applications with thermal solutions. With one PCIe x1 and one PCI Express Mini Card interface, the small form factor mini-ITX motherboard can fulfill different application needs. Various display interfaces support dual-view via VGA, HDMI and 18/24-bit dual-channel LVDS,” said Ken Lin, product manager of Product Planning Division at Axiomtek. Additionally, the embedded board offers superior connectivity, including six USB ports, six COM ports, two Gigabit Ethernet ports and digital I/O.
The outstanding motherboard comes with two SATA-300 interfaces, one mSATA interface, five USB 2.0 ports, one USB 3.0 port, one PS/2 KB & MS, one LPT printer port, two Gigabit Ethernet ports, LVDS, VGA, HD audio and 8-in/8-out digital I/O. To ensure reliability, the built-in watchdog timer precisely controls the embedded board, recovering and resuming playback from power, network, or other disruptions to successfully avoid permanent crash. Furthermore, the MANO840 runs well with Windows® 7 and 8 operating systems.
